A semi welded plate heat exchanger is a heat exchange product composed of a series of metal sheets with specific corrugated shapes stacked together. A thin rectangular channel is formed between each plate for heat exchange. It is an ideal equipment for heat exchange between liquid liquid and liquid vapor. It has the characteristics of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small footprint, wide application, and long service life. Under the same pressure loss, its Heat transfer coefficient is high, its floor area is small, and its heat recovery rate is also high.


1. System configuration reasons. The semi welded plate heat exchanger only plays a role in heat conversion, following the law of energy conservation, that is, the heat released on the hot side is equal to the heat absorbed on the cold side. In many cases, the heat from the heating system on the hot side is not taken away by sufficient cooling water on the cold side, such as insufficient water volume or water temperature, which leads to the inability to lower the temperature on the hot side. If this is the reason, the heat exchanger, no matter how large, is useless.


2. The reason for the product itself. Many users only provide heat exchange area when purchasing products without specific data such as heat exchange rate, medium flow rate, inlet and outlet temperature. As a result, although the model area of the purchased product is correct, the process combination is unreasonable and cannot achieve the expected results. Even increasing the area on this basis is useless.
